From Fallout 76's post launch disaster, to Wolfenstein Youngblood's poor reception, to Elder Scrolls Legends' downfall, Bethesda Softworks just can't catch a break in 2019.

I didn't waste money because I got a lot of enjoyment out of the game. Your claim is purely subjective.
The game is still pretty good. Why they stop supporting it is beyond me
They still making updates and on their Twitter it show what updates they doing
Unlike Fallout 76 this game was pretty fun.
I just came back to the game today after being away since April of 2019. Was surprised to see how low the player count was. Then after doing some research finding out Bethesda basically has abandoned the game was a complete shocker to me. It's one of the best card games I've played so far and wasn't even a fraction as pay to win as hearthstone is. Which is why I'm a bit surprised people don't play games like tesl or eternal, because even though I was one of the people who unnecessarily spent money on this game I thought it was really fun despite some balancing issues, in which I thought could have been addressed relatively easy with some card re works. Was a great game imo. Happy to see I can still play it as of now and that even with a small player base finding a match doesn't take all that long. Kind of sucks. Strange they dump this game and continue to work on a shit show called fallout 76 instead. And as much fun as I had with the game today, I'll probably just end up going back to playing eternal. Now that tesl is in maintenance mode I feel like they're gonna just completely shut it down in a while anyway. Sad.
Legends has a huge amount of cheaters that need to be dealt with. Ive played to many games with people pulling the most obvious stunts. The game will die because theyve ignored that crap for too long.
As good as dead? I disagree. It's as good as it will ever be. It's also as bad as it will ever be. People still love the game, people still play the game. To me, that shows that the game is not dead.
it was dead from the get go no report system no anti cheat this trash game is the total hackfest
It's sad that it's ended, but I wouldn't say it was ever a waste of money. I truly enjoyed playing this game over the years (although I haven't bought any expansions for a long time). I can still go back and play it when I'm bored, it's a perfect tablet game for me. Hell, i'll probably even sink a few bucks into it. Now I can actually catch up on all those ppl who had all the cards I could never afford. LOL
Bethesda is cancer.
Elder scrolls died after the original developers digital dire wolf handed it over to sparky pants studios !
Honestly, with everything Bethesda has been doing over the years (even as far back as FO:NV) all I can say is that somewhere along the line, they've gotten some of the most incompetent, unaware upper management in the gaming scene.
From their handling of other developers to their in-house disasters, rushing titles, to sabotaging their subsidiaries to their marketing bungles and disasters…
Bethesda has hit a point where even EA has become superior to them.
They don't need to trim the fat, they need a head transplant (new upper management).
I have to thank SparkyPants Studios for effectively KILLING THE GAME. This was probably the best balanced CCG Before Sparkypants took over, and since they did it's gone downhill. The Nail in the coffin was without a doubt the absolutely horrible invade mechanic. Before Sparkypants I could play for hours, when they took over I cut the time I played by more than half, and since the invade mechanic was introduced I've barely touched this.
The guys at Sparkypants studios must be magicians all of them. Not everyone could have ruined a great game like Legends was the way Sparkypants has. Need some special Powers to do that.
I'm a little sad becase I loved ESL it is very fun I did not care for harth stone and that was the game i played in till I got my new phone becase it dose not have any elder scrolls phone games on it
I was never even remotely good at this game but oh my god have I been in love since I began it’s phenomenal let’s me explore my favorite fantasy universe love creating decks so much more dynamic than any card game I’ve ever played in my life extremely balanced I’ll miss this 🙁
It was a great game, played incessantly
that game is never good , glad its finally dead
Just like Magic: Duels and MTG Arena in 5-10 years lol.
I bought so many card packs :((
This is the reason why i get back to single player games more and more and i really enjoy it 1000 times more
I hope their trashy games make them lose money.
Oh my goodness, foff the anthem mess already. We get it, we get it
I have a really old humble key for this game that gives you 100 gold, 100 souls and an event ticket. if anyone wants it comment a throwaway/temp email or something and ill send it
is Starfield still a thing?
Hopefully that macro transaction POS that is TES Blades is next up for the guillotine. Especially since it's unlikely that cancerous dumpster fire that is F76 won't be kicking the bucket any time soon
Not like I was gonna but anything else from Bethesda ever again anyways
Legends is much more generous then Hearthstone when it comes to rewarding the player, and building the collection is much easier. From what I understand, the stories in Hearthstone can only be purchased by real money while in the Legends you can purchase with gold (in game currency). And you can earn gold fairly quickly if you can build a deck that can win (which, again, is fairly easy). Not to mention it looks better then any other card game I have seen out there.
I wish more people would give it shot.
